Mark as Useful I picked up the call on my cell phone; was an automated message telling me there was a problem "with my CHASE debit/credit card", and that I would need to speak to the FRAUD unit...told me to press star to connect...I hung up....I don't even have a CHASE card!! How did they get my cell phone number???!!!!

Mark as Useful when you call to complain with verizon wireless. they state that they can not do anything. This is a bullshit company if they can not do any investigations on their own customers receiving a large amount of complaints.
